How long does branded signage take?+
Standard turnaround is 3–5 working days from artwork approval for pull-up banners and flags, 5–8 working days for branded gazebos and A-frame skins. Rush options are available — ask your account manager before ordering.
What artwork files do you need?+
Print-ready PDF, AI or EPS at 1:1 scale (or 1:10 for large format) with fonts outlined and any logos in vector. We'll send a digital mockup before printing so you can sign off.
Are your banners and flags suitable for outdoor use?+
Yes — our flags and gazebos use weather-resistant fabrics, and our A-frame skins are printed on fade-resistant media. Pull-up banners are designed for indoor use but travel well between events.
What's the minimum order for branded display items?+
Most pull-up banners, flags, A-frame skins and gazebos can be ordered as a single unit — there is no bulk minimum for display, unlike apparel or gifting.
Can you deliver nationwide?+
Yes — branded at our Johannesburg facility and couriered insured to every major centre. Gauteng often arrives the same week; the rest of SA is 2–3 working days.
Do you supply replacement skins for existing gazebos and A-frames?+
Yes — most popular gazebo and A-frame frames take replacement skins. Send us the make and dimensions and we'll quote the skin only.
